| Foreign Language Month |
| Students will once again participate in a variety of activities designed to focus on the importance of learning a foreign language. Activities may include participation in the Massachusetts Foreign Language Association (MaFLA) poster and essay contests as well as Morning and Afternoon Prayers in different languages, a Cultural Trivia Contest, and International Lunches for students and faculty. |

| Day of the Dead |
| Students will follow this Mexican tradition of honoring the life and celebrating the memory of loved ones who have died. Our celebration will include a prayer service, traditional foods, special music and opportunities to grasp the culture of the Day of the Dead (El Dia de los Muertos) |

| On Tuesday, March 6, 2012, students in the French and music classes will travel to The Bushnell in Hartford, Connecticut for the opening night performance of “Les Miserables.” |
