| This program contributes to the development of the individual through physical activity. It is designed to promote skill fitness and enjoyment through a varied selection of individual activities and team sports. Students will have the opportunity to experience an appropriate diversity of sports and activities which may include fitness and skill testing, touch and flag football, lacrosse, soccer, badminton, floor hockey, pickle-ball, field hockey, volleyball, tumbling, aerobics, wrestling, weight training, basketball, team handball, track and field, baseball and softball. |
